Project Columbia was a full-scale interior and exterior remodel. This project included a clean black and white exterior with board & batten siding, a nostalgic brick walkway, a fireplace, and a mud room. The new front door is a custom six-window front door, solid interior doors were installed throughout with Baldwin door knobs, and walls were removed to open the entry up to the open-concept kitchen and dining area. Custom cabinets with custom paint, finished with 3 inch stone countertops, modern vertical tile master shower, and luxury Vinyl floors. The property was landscaped with low-maintenance foliage and a poolside fire pit area for entertaining and barbecues.
